After years of telling myself I’ll get around to doing it, I’m finally making an effort to write a blog.  I’m not confident I’ll stick with it, but let’s see how it turns out… 🙂

I’m mainly planning to write posts detailing problems I run into here and there along with their solutions; ideally this will be useful to me when I run into said problem again 6 months down the line and have forgotten all about it, but I also hope that if anyone else runs into the same problem and comes across a post here that it may help them solve it, or at least get a little bit further along.

This post by default included the image and quote below, which I was planning to remove, but instead, I think I’ll keep it.  I think the image is a good metaphor for me trying to keep my head above the water and keep pace with the ever-changing world of tech.  Or, it could be the view whilst I wait to be eaten by sharks as the sun goes down… Whatever, I’m sure there’s some sort of symbolism in there somewhere.
